Presentation in Retail Innovations Theatre - 240 EUR
A representative of every exhibiting company has a chance to deliver 15 minutes long speech at specially designed space referred to as the Retail Innovations Theatre which is located on the fair ground. Information about the company's presentation will be included in the official fair catalogue. Download application form here.
Participation in the Trade Innovation Competition - 600 EUR per a product
Each exhibitor may join the contest and submit maximum 3 products. The prizes will be granted at the RetailShow Afterparty. The information about the winners will be placed in the official fair catalogue. The winners are allowed to use the Award's logo for advertising and promotional purposes without any restrictions. Banner - 70 EUR per sq. m.
Advertising banner or any other display may be located in the exhibition hall on the spot indicated by the Organiser.
Distribution of promotional materials - 700 EUR
Distribution of promotional materials (brochures, leaflets, etc.) on the fair grounds in 3 different spots indicated by the Organiser (including the fair reception desk).
Invoices will include VAT (*exhibitors from the EU do not pay VAT. Exhibitors from Poland and outside the EU are obliged to pay 23% VAT).

The Perfect Store is a specialized publication which takes a closer look at current trends, innovations and solutions dedicated to food and non-food retail chains as well as shopping centers. PS is divided into the following sections: Trends, Marketing, Technologies, Design, Equipment, Management, and News.
PS guarantees reaching carefully selected group of professionals responsible for development and purchase of technology and equipment for retail chains active on the Polish market. It is worth mentioning that PS is the Main Media Partner of Exhibition of Equipment, Technology, and Services for Retail - RetailShow and and exhibition's accompanying event - Retail Congress at which the aforementioned magazine is distributed.
