Obligatory registration fee - 290 EUR - it covers:

entry to the official fair catalogue (description of company's activity up to 100 words in Polish and English, including contact details)
entry to the exhibitors' list at the RetailShow's official website
information about becoming the exhibitor in the newsletter
two invitations to the RetailShow AfterParty
daily stand cleaning
a parking ticket valid for 3 days
an access to WiFi up to 3MB/s (per one computer)

140 EUR per sqm - price after 30.04

The prices cover the rent of space in the exhibition hall. The minimum space is 9 sqm. The exhibitors are alloccated the space upon first come, first served basis.

Licence fee
Using the service of stand building companies not included in the list of recommended companies by the venue’s owner, i.e. Warsaw Centre EXPO XXI, results in paying obligatory license fee for the venue’s owner to the amount of 3,50 EUR per sqm of space with stand construction. The Organizer will charge an Exhibitor a fee, and hang it over in total to the venue’s order.

Surcharges for a stand:

+ 5% for a corner stand (min. 15 sqm)
+ 10% for a peninsular stand (min. 24 sqm)
+ 20% for an island stand (min. 36 sqm)

Electricity supply:

    up to 2kW/230V/16A – 140 EUR
    up to 5kW/230V/2x16A – 220 EUR
    up to 9kW/400V/socket 32A – 300 EUR
    up to 25kW/400V/socket 32A – 600 EUR

Water and sewer supply – 220 EUR

The prices cover the rent of space in the exhibition hall together with a booth construction and basic furniture. The minimum space is 9 sqm. The exhibitors are allocated the space upon first come, first served basis. Shell scheme includes:

stand number and the exhibitor's name written on a frieze
a table and 4 chairs per every 9 sqm of ordered space
3 spotlights per every 9 sqm of ordered space
3 shelves for brochures per every 9 sqm of ordered space

In order to apply for participation in the RetailShow, the company has to provide the Organizer with filled and signed application form A, and make the payment on account (30% of total exhibition costs) within 7 days. The payment should be made on the basis of proforma document issued by the Organizer. Application forms are admitted up until 30 September 2024.

Exhibitors based outside Poland pay VAT in their country - reverse charge. Exhibitors based in Poland are obliged to pay 23% VAT. The application form to the exhibition should be accompanied with the transfer of 30% of the participation costs to the Organiser's bank account (**The cost of the money transfer is paid by the exhibitor). The remaining part of the payment should be paid within 14 days on the basis of the VAT invoice issued by Organiser.
