RetailShow Registration & Mobi app
The Exhibition is open to visitors on the November 26 and 27, 2025 between 9 am and 5 pm.
Entrance is free of charge after filling out the registration form below.
In case of registration by the website was unsuccessful, there is always a possibility to register at the day and place of the RetailShow - at the reception desk. In the all situation the registration is free of any charge.

I consent to processing of the aforementioned data for promotional and marketing purposes in accordance with the Law of 19.08.1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883.) by ECP Polska Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. At the same time as registration to the RetailShow, I confirm I'd like to receive a Newsletter with information about the fair and exhibitors.
Mobi app
The app is available for download now. A fully updated version will be available two weeks before the fair, with data from the previous edition visible beforehand. Downloading the latest data does not require updating the app in the store; it simply requires restarting it.
You can edit your profile, arrange a meeting with exhibitors and manage your calendar. In app there is information about the trade show, e.g.:
- information about exhibitors and their contact data,
- floor plan,
- agenda of the Retail Congress,
- information about the Perfect Store.
You can also evaluate the presentations and lectures.
After logging in to the fair's mobile application, you get a QR Code authorizing you to move around the fairgrounds.
